ARP Head Studs
This is a set of 10 heavy duty head studs that are much stronger and don't "stretch" like the stock ones. These are a must for high-boost applications.
These can hold a much higher clamping force than stock bolts, and help to decrease the chances of blowing a head gasket.
Custom JE pistons
9.0:1 Compression Ratio, .040 Over
These are some of the finest pistons made. If you're planning on running a high powered combination then you should consider running a set of forged pistons in your engine. The lightweight design of these pistons means less weight for the connecting rod to control when they're changing direction at high RPM, and less reciprocating mass for quicker acceleration. There's really no need to go into great detail about the construction of these pistons.
JE Forged Pistons
At 9:1 have no problem running high boost even on pump gas. those custom made. .040" over and 9:1. The only ones stocked at J&E are the .020". They quote 4-6 week to make custom sizes but that can often run into 8 weeks.
Crower Rods
Stronger forged rods for race applications that feature I-beam construction and ARP bolts. Replaces the stock rods when building an engine producing greater than 450 HP
Buschur Racing balance Shaft eliminator kit
Includes a new oil pump stub shaft, inserts for blocking oil flow to where the old bearings were, and a seal for the front balance shaft. Removing the balance shafts will free up 8-12 Hp.

Good:

More HP to the wheels
Zero chance the B-Belt will fail and kill the timing belt
Zero chance the balance shaft bearings will fail and damage the rest of the motor
More oil pressure to the rest of the motor

Bad:

More vibration is felt in side the car (no more is made, just more is felt)
Every car is different, some motors are more balanced than others. It is no worse that any other 2.0 liter car with out balance shafts

These are new factory Mitsubishi upper and lower radiator hoses that are covered with a Earls stainless steel mesh. The ends are a blue anodized aluminum with new hose clamps. There are other hose covering kits out there that are cheesy tinned copper that goes flat looking after a month, this is the real stuff.
